Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your AquaTaaza filter. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging with all included parts.

Replacement cartridges may be returned only if the seal is unopened and the packaging is intact.

Opened or installed filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene and product-safety reasons.

Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for return.

Email support@aquataaza.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions if applicable.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are arranged via bank transfer or an agreed method.
