We currently deliver within Pakistan.

Orders placed with addresses outside Pakistan may be declined or contacted for clarification.

Standard delivery is free on every order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your city and courier schedules.

During busy periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

After placing an order, you can track its status using your order number and email on our Track Order page.

We may contact you by email if we need additional delivery details.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact support@aquataaza.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work with you to replace or resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
